3 injured in drive-by shooting outside Walmart store

(WBBM NEWSRADIO) – Three people were shot Wednesday night in the parking lot of a Walmart store in Chicago's Pullman neighborhood.

Police say the victims were loading groceries into a car around 7:20 p.m. in the 109th and Doty, just off the Bishop Ford Expressway, when a dark-colored sedan drove by and opened fire, police said.

A 25-year-old man was shot in the chest and back and transported to the hospital in critical condition.  A 27-year-old man suffered a wound to the leg and was in good condition.  A 19-year-old female was shot in the forearm and is listed in good condition.
