Jerry Harris of the Netflix show “Cheer” has been arrested on production of child pornography charges, the U.S. Attorney’s office in Chicago said Thursday.
FBI agents executed a search warrant Monday afternoon at a home in Naperville as part of the investigation.
Prosecutors said Harris contacted a 13-year-old boy online and enticed him to make and send him sexually explicit photos and videos.
Harris’ initial court appearance was set for Thursday afternoon in federal court in Chicago.
A federal affidavit outlines the accusations leveled against Harris.
