(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A woman from the Bronzeville neighborhood wants airline travelers to look good and stay organized at the same time.

Tracey McGhee is the founder of Ms. Jetsetter. The experienced traveler tells the WBBM Noon Business Hour that she would run into the same problems.

"Like tangled necklaces and unorganized makeup,” she said. “I just felt like there had to be a better way, and that's what really inspired Ms. Jetsetter.”

McGhee said Ms. Jetsetter's travel organizers are both stylish and built to last. She sells the products on her website, through Amazon, and at select Walgreens stores.

She started the company in 2019. Several months later, the COVID-19 pandemic brought travel to a standstill. She said the partnership with Walgreen's kept her business afloat.

"We started in 10 stores, and fast forward we are in close to 40 stores in the Chicago metropolitan area. That's what helped me stay in business," McGhee said.
