CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Armed robbers held up staff and customers at a Subway restaurant in the Brighton Park neighborhood early Wednesday morning.
It happened at a Subway on the 3900 block of South Archer, according to police.
This one is open 24-hours.
Police said three men with guns walked in at about 12:45 and announced a robbery. There were eight customers inside.
Police said the men took the cash drawer and injured an employee and robbed each of the customers.
The employee was treated for a laceration to the shoulder.
Nobody else was hurt.
Nobody is in custody.
It’s unclear if video from security cameras is helpful as police investigate.
