CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - First responder pride will be on the line tonight at Guaranteed Rate Field.

Members of the Chicago Police and Chicago Fire Departments will compete in a charity baseball game at 6:30 p.m. Tonight will mark the 22nd annual First Responders Classic between the Chicago Police Finest Baseball Club and the Chicago Fire Bravest Baseball Club.

Bragging rights are not the only thing at stake. Ticket proceeds, team sponsorships, along with planned in-game raffles will raise money for the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation and the Gold Badge Society- organizations that assist families of fallen police officers and firefighters.

$10 tickets are still available and can be purchased at the ballpark. Gates will open at 4 p.m. with a pregame ceremony planned for 5:50 p.m. and a fireworks show scheduled after the ballgame.
