CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- The FBI and Chicago police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect who reportedly fired a rifle on the platform of the Metra station at McCormick Place last week.
According to police, the man removed a collapsible rifle from his backpack and fired one round while standing on the Metra train platform at McCormick Place on Dec. 1 around 10 a.m.
Authorities said they have "no idea" what the man was shooting at or why.
There are no known injuries, but the subject should be considered armed and dangerous. The unknown subject has close-cropped hair and a receding hairline.
