
(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — One man was killed and four others wounded in a drive-by shooting in Homan Square Friday night, police said.
Authorities said the victims were standing outside a residence in the 3300 block of West Flournoy Street around 6 p.m. when someone in a passing vehicle fired at the group.

A 33-year-old man who was was hit in the back, buttocks, legs and left forearm was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital. The other four men — ranging in age from 33 to 56 — were struck by gunfire and transported to hospitals, where they were in good condition.
No arrests were reported.
