(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for much of Cook County as rain continues to deluge the Chicago region.
The warning is in effect until 6:30 p.m. Sunday, but problems associated with the rainfall are expected to continue, officials with the National Weather Service said.
Flooded roadways have created problems for motorists, and the weather has also affected NASCAR events in downtown Chicago.
