(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — The Chicago Public Library is giving away free copies of a new children’s book by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.

Fourteen library branches – from Rogers Park to Altgeld —  are handing out signed copies of Just Help! How to Build a Better World. It’s about a young girl who learns about the ways people can help their community.

Children who show their library cards or apply for one can get the book in English or Spanish.

Just Help! is the second children’s book Justice Sotomayor has written and her fourth book overall.

The library says the giveaway is thanks to support from auditing firm Deliotte. It follows a Zoom conversation in which the justice answered questions from Chicago children.
