(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A man is recovering after being beaten during a carjacking Thursday night in Lake View.
The 34-year-old victim told police he was beaten by four men who stole his keys and got away in his black Nissan SUV.
Investigators say it happened around 9:08 p.m. in the 2800 block of North Clark.
That's where the victim's SUV was parked in a garage when the carjackers approached him.
The victim suffered minor injuries to his head in the attack. He was treated at Illinois Masonic Hospital.
