On Wednesday, while waiting for a judge to sign a search warrant for Wise’s home, officers saw Wise get into a vehicle, prosecutors said.

The officers pulled him over for committing a traffic violation and learned that there was an active warrant for his arrest for failing to surrender his guns, prosecutors said. Wise was taken into custody, and during a search of his home officers allegedly found two guns and cocaine.

Wise appeared in court Thursday morning where he was ordered held on $8,000 bail. He is due back in court April 5.
