Sweet Tulip, a 13-year-old cat, was given up after her owner was diagnosed with severe dementia and unable to care for her. Due to this, Tulip is shy and needs some extra time to adjust to new environments and situations.

Tulip's ideal forever home would provide a safe, private space for her to relax. When it comes to new people and places, it works best when Tulip is allowed to take her time. But once she does feel comfortable, Tulip's gentle personality will bloom, including her love of snuggles.
Tulip is available for adoption at PAWS Chicago’s Lincoln Park Adoption Center. To learn more and schedule an appointment, visit pawschicago.org.
