
CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Chicago police have released the description of a car wanted in a hit-and-run in Gresham on the South Side over the weekend.

The white late-model Ford Fusion or Chrysler 200 struck a pedestrian in the 900 block of West 87th Street about 7:10 p.m. Sunday, police said.
The driver briefly stopped, then fled the scene, police said. The pedestrian was hospitalized.
