(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Chicago police are trying to track down the driver involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured a 16-year-old boy last month.
Police say a black 2014 Nissan Maxima struck the teen around 4 p.m. March 16 at LeMoyne and Cicero.
If you recognize the vehicle call 9-1-1.
