CHICAGO (WBBM Newsradio) -- A small group of protesters met in Millennium Park hours after videos were released of the fatal police shooting of Adam Toledo.

The protesters were led by Chicago activist Rabbi Michael Ben Yosef, who says he was there in solidarity with the family of 13-year-old Toledo.

"When you look at the video, the officer gave the command, 'Stop. Put your hands up.'

"And what did Adam do? He put his hands up. As a chant, we say, ‘Hands up, don't shoot.’ He put his hands up and was still murdered."

Behind the two dozen demonstrators, half a dozen people held up long banners in front of the Bean in Millennium Park -- banners that read, "Black lives matter. Defund the police."
