LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) -- Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers could be facing a depleted Bears secondary Sunday at Soldier Field.
Bears rookie safety Jaquan Brisker and rookie cornerback Kyler Gordon on Thursday remained in the NFL's concussion protocol and could each miss their second straight game. With cornerback Kindle Vildor (ankle) limited in practice and safety Eddie Jackson (Lisfranc) on injured reserve, cornerback Jaylon Johnson is Chicago's lone healthy starter in the secondary.
Brisker and Gordon could be cleared from the concussion protocol as late as Sunday morning and still play in the game.
In better news for the Bears, quarterback Justin Fields was a full participant in practice Thursday afternoon after previously being a limited participant since suffering a left shoulder injury on Nov. 20. That full workload appears to put him in line to play Sunday after he missed one game.
Veteran offensive tackle Riley Reiff (back) returned to practice in a limited fashion Thursday while offensive tackle Larry Boron (ankle/knee) remained sidelined.
The Bears (3-9) and Packers (4-8) kick off at noon CT on Sunday at Soldier Field.
