(RADIO.COM Sports) An ugly scene broke out in the third quarter of the Bears-Saints matchup Sunday, when Chicago receiver Javon Wims made the seemingly random decision to try and fight New Orleans cornerback C.J. Gardner-Johnson by tapping him on the chest and throwing two punches at Gardner-Johnson’s helmet.
Wims was ejected, and everything from his punch to Gardner-Johnson’s stone-faced reaction had those on social media expressing their bewilderment and amusement of what they just saw. From fans to media to former players, it didn't seem like anyone had ever seen a “fight” quite like that during an NFL game.
