
Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The Town of Amherst has completed its review for Costco's building permit application, clearing the path for the permit to be issued. According to Buffalo Business First, a Costco representative simply has to come pick up the permit from the town's building department for the project to move forward. Construction will cost nearly $22.5 million.
