Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Workers at Dash's Markets are planning to unionize. The workers' organizing committee posted a letter to store owner Joe Dash on Instagram asking for higher wages, better benefits and working conditions at all four local Dash's stores. That same letter says "In no way do we wish to tarnish you or the market, but we do wish to be recognized that we are a part of its success and legacy." Workers United is representing the employees. Workers United is the same group that organized unions at Starbucks and Spot Coffee.
