Orchard Park, NY (WBEN) Erie County health officials remind concertgoers Saturday night to bring their masks as they will need them for some parts of Highmark Stadium. Billy Joel will play the stadium.
The Erie County Health Department says anyone entering an Erie County facility or building is required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
"This requirement extends to concourses, indoor areas and other enclosed spaces at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park. This also includes fans, staff and vendors who will attend the scheduled Billy Joel concert on Saturday, August 14," says the health department.
Additionally Wednesday, the Buffalo Bills announced fans at Bills games will also be required to wear masks when in indoor portions of Highmark Stadium.
Erie County owns Highmark Stadium.
