Many Buffalo Bills fans are expected to make the trip out to Kansas City. If you're looking to book a last minute trip, flights and game tickets are still available according to our experts. Here's what you need to know:

Travel

AAA's Elizabeth Carey says that flights are still available, "If you're looking to get there, it's going to cost you about $300 round-trip."

Driving is always an option. Highmark Stadium to Arrowhead Stadium is 971 miles. Driving a 2019 Ford Escape, it would cost you $142 to get there and that cost could be split among passengers, "It's going to take you more than 14 hours," Carey estimates.

"Once you get there, there's different hotel options available. [There's some cheaper prices over by the airport, which is about a 30 minute drive to the stadium and hotels cost a little bit more a little bit closer to the stadium," Carey notes.

AAA once again reminds us to pack our patience at the airports, airport travel continues to be exceptionally busy coming out of the pandemic and approaching the holiday season. If you're looking to add some sightseeing to your travel or find other information, AAA's travel guide to KC is available to you here.

Game Tickets

Buffalo Bills ticket prices continue to rise, "I was watching the ticket prices yesterday up until game time, right up until kickoff and prices just kept rising and rising as we got closer to the game. I think it was 45 minutes before kickoff and the least expensive ticket to get in the stadium yesterday was $390," says VIPTix.com's Nick Giamusso.

As soon as the Buffalo Bills beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in a blowout victory 38-3 last Sunday, Giamusso said he noticed the went up about 10% since the big win.

Tickets are still available but they are in short supply, "There are tickets available for sure. There's probably 800 tickets or so and you'd expect there would be a couple of 1000. The supply just isn't there which means that you're expecting higher prices in order to get in to the game in Kansas City. Just for a single seat, it's $250 and then jumps up to $390 for a pair of seats, so it's significant and it just, it goes to show you what what a big game is."

Nobody travels for away games quite like the Bills Mafia, Giamusso says there are many Bills fans preparing to travel for the Bills away games on Christmas Eve and Thanksgiving, "I'm surprised at how many Bills fans are attending these away games. You know, usually we get a few, a few here in there sales-wise, but it's incredible how many Bills fans are traveling to go see the Bills play. There's gonna be a big contingent of Bills fans in Detroit for Thanksgiving and even the the the Christmas Eve game in Chicago. It's just unbelievable that the Bills fans are willing to travel so far and during the holidays this year."
