Orchard Park, N.Y. (WBEN) - The Erie County Sheriff's Office announced on Tuesday the arrest of three individuals who trespassed in the construction area of the new Buffalo Bills stadium in Orchard Park this past Sunday.
Sgt. Jeremy Lehning from the Erie County Sheriff's Office says the three individuals were involved in two-separate incidents after Sunday's game against the Jets.
The first involved 31-year-old Tanner Brunet and 25-year-old Owen Bainbridge, both from Ontario, Canada, who jumped the fence surrounding the construction site to take a picture.
The next incident involved 22-year-old Kyle Bauer of West Seneca, who jumped the fence at the site in an attempt to take a shortcut on his way home.
It was Bills security who detained all three individuals, where they were then turned over to Erie County Sheriff's deputies.
All three individuals have been charged with Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, and were released on appearance tickets from the Town of Orchard Park Court.
These arrests now bring the total of reported incident involving Bills fans jumping the fence enclosing the construction site to three. The first incident took place back on Sept. 17 just before the home opener against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Sgt. Lehning says if anyone finds themselves inside the fenced area and in the construction zone of the stadium in Orchard Park, they will be arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
