Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - On Election Day 2021 Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown declared victory in his hotly contested write-in race against endorsed Democrat India Walton. For her part, Walton is not conceding defeat and awaiting all the write-in and absentee ballot counting to be done.
