NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Alec Baldwin on Wednesday paid tribute to his mother on her milestone birthday and credited a New York-based supermarket as part of the reason for her longevity.

In an Instagram post, the 63-year-old actor and producer said it was “unf***ing believable” that his mother, Carol Baldwin, had turned 92-years-old.
He added that the secret to her long life must be thanks to Wegmans Food Markets and “Jeopardy!”
“Living proof that a diet of Brownies, Tab, @wegmans and @jeopardy will lead to a longer life,” he wrote. “Happy birthday!!!”
The photo showed Carol surrounded by balloons, including the number 92 and a unicorn, and presents while seated in an armchair.
This was not the first time that Alec Baldwin expressed his love for Wegmans, which was founded in 1916 in Rochester, according to a report from Syracuse.com.
Back in 2010, Alec and Carol Baldwin appeared together in a television ad for the supermarket chain, according to the report.
However, the organization reported the commercials were pulled after just a week when multiple customers complained, as the advertisements aired shortly after Alec Baldwin was tossed off a flight for refusing to turn off an electronic device.
Those same ads that were filmed in 2010 did eventually make a second television appearance in 2019, after Wegmans told Syracuse.com that it regretted pulling the commercials.
Alec Baldwin’s famous brothers also shared birthday messages to their mother on Wednesday, with Billy Baldwin posting a video of himself singing "Happy Birthday" on his story, and Stephen Baldwin reposting a photo from his niece, Jessica Arnold.
“Happiest 92nd birthday to the greatest Grammie/great Grammie ever,” Arnold wrote.
“My grandma moved in with us when I was five years old. She has been a second mom all of my life. She's hilarious and full of life! She raised six children and then helped raise us!" Arnold continued.
The photo showed Carol Baldwin with 11 of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
“She's a breast cancer survivor and has spent most of her life raising money for research and awareness. I can't wait to celebrate you soon. We love you so much,” Arnold concluded.
Carol Baldwin is the founder of The Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund, a nonprofit that raises awareness of the disease and help fund researchers “investigating the causes, prevention and treatment of breast cancer.”
