Their relationship was first revealed by Dawson in March 2019, when she confirmed the rumors to TMZ and said she was “grateful to be with someone that I respect and love and admire so much.”

In 2020, the New York City–born Dawson moved to Newark to live with Booker, declaring at the time, “I'm a Jersey girl now.”

A rep for Booker told People they had no comment on the split, while reps for Dawson didn’t respond to a request for comment.
