Thomas Abreu, 25, was charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder, and six counts of criminal possession of a weapon, police announced Sunday.
According to officials, Abreu fired a 9mm pistol at pedestrians and drivers while riding on a motorized scooter through Cypress Hills, Kew Gardens and Jamaica.
