NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — A man and a woman were found dead in a Bronx apartment just after 11 p.m. on Sunday in a suspected double overdose, police said.

Responding officers found the victims inside of the West Farms apartment on Bronx Park South near Daly Avenue.
A 32-year-old man was found unresponsive with an injury to the back of his head from a suspected fall, officials said.
Medics pronounced the man and a 57-year-old woman dead at the scene, according to police.
Drug overdoses are suspected in their deaths, police told The Daily News.
The investigation remains ongoing and an autopsy will be performed to determine each victim’s cause of death .
