2 men shoot at 'group of people' on LES, flee to hotel to change clothes, evade cops

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for two men who fired their guns at a group of people people on the Lower East Side last week, authorities said.

The suspects were in the vicinity of Delancey Street and Orchard Street when they "discharged firearms at a group of people" at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 17, according to the NYPD.

No one was struck by gunfire and there were no injuries reported.

The suspects fled to the Allen Hotel and changed clothes before continuing southbound on Broome Street to the Grand Street subway station, police said.
