2 men stabbed, in neck and stomach, during brawl in Garment District, suspect sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Two men suffered knife wounds during a brawl in Manhattan's Garment District early Wednesday morning, leaving one of the victims in critical condition, according to the NYPD.

A 33-year-old man was slashed in the neck and a 51-year-old man was stabbed in the stomach around 12:30 a.m. on West 36th Street near 7th Avenue, police said.

Emergency responders rushed the man with the neck wound to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition, according to authorities.

The man who was stabbed in the stomach took himself to Bellevue in stable condition, officials said.

Police have not yet arrested anyone for the stabbings and an investigation is ongoing.
