
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 22-year-old man is dead and two other men are injured after an early morning ordeal in the Bronx Saturday.

The incident happened near the corner of East Burnside Avenue and Grand Concourse in Mount Hope around 3:50 a.m., police said.
Two 22-year-old men and a 25-year-old man were found with gunshot wounds by responding officers.
One 22-year-old, Joshua Thomas, was shot in his head, the other was shot in his torso while the 25-year-old was shot in his leg. All three were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital where the Thomas was pronounced dead. The other 22-year-old is in critical condition while the 25-year-old is stable.
Police arrested a 22-year-old at the scene in connection to the shooting though no weapon was recovered and charges are pending. The investigation remains ongoing.
