NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Organizers of the 48th annual Village Halloween Parade describe it as "the nation’s most wildly creative public participatory event in the greatest city in the world" -- and judging by Sunday's turnout, that's an accurate description.
Comedian and Trump parody king Randy Rainbow, who performed at the Beacon Theatre Saturday night, was the parade's Grand Marshall. Below, a round-up of the evening's most eccentric looks:
