NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A 28-year-old New Jersey man was arrested Tuesday after police said he fatally shot a deli worker during a robbery in Brooklyn earlier this month.

Ricardo Senatus has been charged with three counts of murder, two counts of robbery and two counts of criminal possession of weapon.
The 20-year-old victim, identified as Fadhl Moosa, was working at Flatbush Deli Corp., near Flatbush and Caton Avenues in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, when Senatus allegedly shot him in the head around 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 14.
After the shooting, cops said he allegedly stole an undetermined sum of cash and fled on foot. Police said the video and photo released show the gunman running southbound on Flatbush Avenue after the incident.
EMS pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
A family friend of the victim told The New York Daily News that the suspect was allegedly a regular at the deli and had an argument with workers hours before the fatal shooting over the price of a sandwich.
