
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 58-year-old man was slashed on a 1 train near the Bronx, police said Tuesday as they seek his attacker.
According to police, the slashing happened Saturday around 8:30 a.m.
Cops said the suspect got into an argument with the victim on the train near the Van Cortlandt Park–242nd Street station and cut him twice on his hand.
The assailant fled out of the train station.
The victim was removed by EMS to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries.
