NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 67-year-old man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly committed a lewd act in front of a woman in the lobby of his Patchogue apartment complex — a day after he allegedly committed a lewd act in front of another woman and her child.

Jerry Sibony is charged with three counts of public lewdness and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, Suffolk County Police said.
Officials said a woman called 911 on Sunday to report that Sibony had allegedly exposed himself to her in the lobby of Terry Apartments on Rider Avenue at around 8:30 p.m.
Police said Sibony, who lives in the complex, was accused by another woman who claimed she told the superintendent that the defendant had committed a lewd act in front of her and a child in the same lobby on Saturday at approximately 11 a.m.
Following an investigation by Fifth Squad detectives, he was arrested on Sunday at 10:05 p.m.
He was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Monday.
