VIDEO: Man attacked with nail polish remover, choked in Bronx robbery

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is looking to identify a man wanted in connection to a violent robbery that occurred inside a Bronx apartment building earlier this month.

At approximately 8:10 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, inside of 2405 Marion Avenue in Fordham Heights, the suspect was engaged in a verbal dispute with a 53-year-old man, according to officials.

The dispute escalated, and police said the suspect threw nail polish remover in the victim's face, began to choke him, and stole his jacket containing $350 and an iPhone.

The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.
