Police said the first incident happened on May 9, 2021, when Marcus Wiggins, 45, allegedly entered the residence, approached a 12-year-old girl and proceeded to rape her.

He fled the scene but returned on Nov. 5, police said, when he approached the victim again, displayed a knife and demanded she perform a sexual act on him.

Authorities said the victim complied and Wiggins then fled the scene.

EMS responded and the victim was taken to an area hospital, where she received treatment for a laceration to her arm.

It remains unclear if Wiggins knew the victim personally.

He is described as having a dark complexion, weighing 225 lbs. with brown eyes, black short hair and facial hair. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and brown work boots.

Anyone with information in regard to these incidents is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the CrimeStoppers website or on Twitter @NYPDTips.
