NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD released surveillance video of a man they are searching for groping a 16-year-old girl inside a subway train in Midtown last month, authorities said.
On Thursday, December 16, 2021, at 8 a.m., the victim was seated aboard a southbound 6 train that was en route to the 51st Street Station when the suspect, who was seated beside her with a bag and sweatshirt in his lap covering his hands, touched her right buttock and right thigh and then began to move his hand towards her groin, officials said.
The victim moved away from the suspect, who moved to another part of the train car and detrained at 51st Street, police said.
The victim was not injured.
