Persido Boyer, 67, has been arrested and charged with sex crimes for allegedly sexually abusing two children under the age of 11 at the Growing Up Day Care in Claremont between January 2018 and April 2021.

Cops believe Boyer had family who worked at the daycare and allowed him to access the facility and spend time there, the Daily News reported.

The daycare was operating legally outside of an apartment in the building — but has since closed, according to police.

At least one child has come forward to accuse Boyer of abuse and police are now investigating to find other victims or anyone else with possible information in the case.

Boyer faces multiple counts of charges for criminal sex acts, sex abuse, forcible touching and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
