NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Three men are wanted by police for allegedly stabbing a man during an attempted robbery after he parked his car in Queens Friday night.
The 20-year-old victim had just parked his vehicle at 194th Street and 75 Avenue in Fresh Meadows around 10:30 p.m. when he was approached by a man who began a conversation with him, authorities said.
After exiting the vehicle, two other men joined the first one and they all began to assault the victim, according to officials.
One of the men stabbed the victim multiple times in the upper torso and arm as the group attempted to steal the victim’s jacket which had a large amount of cash in it.

The trio eventually gave up trying to steal the jacket and fled the scene in a Cadillac XT5. The victim was transported to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital to be treated for the stab wounds. He was in stable condition.
Cops said the men they are looking for are three Asian men who look to be in their 20s with light complexions and thing builds. All three of the men spoke in Mandarin.
