Police said on Aug. 5 at 15 Williams Ave. just before 3 a.m., two men were sitting inside a parked car when two other men approached on foot.
The men pulled out handguns, firing multiple times, police said.
The victims were struck in the hip, while the car was damaged before the men fled on foot, according to police. The victims went to a hospital in stable condition.
