NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A woman plunged down a flight of subway stairs while being robbed at a Queens station in what police said is a robbery spree targeting 7 line riders.

The 26-year-old victim was boarding a train at the Roosevelt Avenue/74th Street station in Jackson Heights at 1:30 a.m. on March 4 when a man snatched her phone right out of her hand, police said.

She and the man got into a physical fight, during which she fell down a flight of stairs.

She suffered minor injuries that didn’t require medical attention, police said.
