After arriving at the contest listing page, complete the online submission form with all of the following: Entrant's contact information including Entrant's full name, address of legal residence, phone number (including area code), date of birth, select a gender, and e-mail address - then click 'Submit.' Failure to submit all of the above items in one submission/entry may result in immediate disqualification of such entry. At approximately 10:01 AM CT or shortly thereafter on Friday, October 22, 2021, up to five (5) winner(s) will be randomly selected, and upon verification, will receive (2) tickets to the Minnesota Wild game on October 23, 2021, at Xcel Energy Center AND (2) tickets to the Minnesota Wild game on October 24, 2021. Prize(s) are subject to availability and courtesy of Minnesota Wild. Approx. Value $400.
