Snowplows are out again in Minneapolis, scraping away built-up snow and ice from residential streets and alleyways.
The decision was made to resume plowing Sunday night to take advantage of sunny conditions and warmer temperatures.
Those are conditions that haven't been seen in Minneapolis since the latest snow emergency.
It was late last month when Minneapolis banned parking on the even-number sides of residential streets.
Those restriction are scheduled to remain in place until April 1st, but they would be dropped if plowing crews make enough progress.
