BCA releases more information regarding St. Paul officer-involved shooting death

Officers shot, killed man who they say was wielding a 16-inch knife in an apartment complex Saturday night

State investigators released more information after a man was shot and killed by St. Paul police last weekend.
Officers responded to an apartment building Saturday evening, where they say they found 65-year-old Yia Xiong with a 16-inch knife in a hallway.
When he did not drop the knife after repeated commands, officers shot him mulitple times.
The BCA identifies the officers involved as Officer Abdirahman Dahir and Officer Noushue Cha.
Both are on administratrive leave, and the BCA is reviewing their body cam footage of the incident as the investigation continues.
