In case there were any doubts about Eli Manning’s stories of Eagles fans, the former Giants quarterback found proof to back up his claims.
Earlier this year, Manning said on ESPN’s “ManningCast” that he would arrive in Philadelphia and would be getting the double bird from a 9-year-old kid. The former quarterback then threw up both middle fingers for a visual demonstration that went viral and warranted a couple of FCC complaints.

Well, on Tuesday, Manning found a fan doing exactly that during the FOX broadcast of the Eagles’ game against the Washington Football Team.
A user on Twitter captured the image and tagged Manning, who reshared it with the caption “I told you so!!!”

It may not have been a child as Manning told the story, but it was certainly enough proof for the two-time Super Bowl champion to feel vindicated of his characterization of Eagles fans.
