If Joe Judge indeed remains the Giants head coach, he will once again have to find a new offensive line coach.

Rob Sale has taken an offensive coordinator position at the University of Florida, according to Jordan Raanan of ESPN, in a move that had long been assumed once Billy Napier was named head coach of the Gators, as he and Sale have deep ties, most recently working together as coaches at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

The two were also on the coaching staff at Alabama during the team’s 2011 national championship run.

Big Blue’s offensive line was once again a disaster this season, dealing with injuries and a lack of production from the entire group outside of tackle Andrew Thomas. Whoever takes over for Sale, they will be the fourth offensive line coach under Judge (if Judge stays) after Judge fired Marc Colombo in the middle of last season after a reported altercation between the two, and his replacement Dave DeGuglielmo moved on to take a job in the college ranks after the end of last season.
