Nets star Kevin Durant recently lambasted Charles Barkley as a "hatin' old head," but now it's KD who seems to be showing his age a bit.
Durant, who turns 34 in September, seemed decidedly Boomerish in his first ever TikTok post on Friday, apparently not really understanding how to navigate the upstart social media video platform, which is most popular among Gen Z users.
"Yo, how I work this s--t?" Durant said in the brief clip.
The silly episode was a hit on social media, where it was trending on Friday night and into Saturday morning. By early Saturday afternoon, the video had nearly two million views and about a half-million likes, and Durant's account, dubbed @2way3level, had roughly 240,000 followers.
While Durant seems to be familiarizing himself with the nuances of TikTok, he's no stranger to other platforms. He's pretty active on Twitter, where he tweets under the handle @KDTrey5.
As well, Durant's dormant and hilariously juvenile MySpace page is frequently resurfaced on Twitter, and he even had a good laugh about it recently by invoking a well-worn meme.
Durant also has his own podcast, The ETCs.
