Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - Despite a victory in the AFC Wild Card Round over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday, it came at a cost for the Buffalo Bills, specifically on the injury front.

Among the notable players who were forced to leave Monday's win include linebackers Terrel Bernard and Baylon Spector, as well as cornerbacks Christian Benford and Taron Johnson. That's on top of defensive injuries already to linebacker Tyrel Dodson, cornerback Rasul Douglas and safety Taylor Rapp.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott says every injured player will be evaluated on a day-to-day basis.

When it comes to Bernard, he was taken off the field in the third quarter on Monday on a cart after suffering an ankle injury. McDermott says the team isn't quite sure yet what his week will look like, and they hope to learn more on Wednesday to see how he responds to his injury.

The Bills' first injury report will come out on Wednesday.
