Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - For a six-game stretch, spanning weeks 5-10, the Buffalo Bills offense averaged only 20.5 points per-game. Then the team made a change at offensive coordinator, firing Ken Dorsey and elevating Joe Brady.

Since then, over the last two games, they've scored 32 and 34 points against the New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles, respectively. While it hasn't been perfect in those games, it's certainly been much better and more productive.

Bills wide receiver Gabe Davis, who caught six passes for 105 yards and a touchdown in Buffalo's 37-34 overtime loss to the Eagles in Week 12, he wouldn't say the office is fully back to where it needs to be, but definitely feels better about where it's been as of late.

"I think we've kind of found ourselves a little bit," Davis said after Thursday's practice in the cold and drizzling rain outside the ADPRO Sports Training Center.

"I think this year's been a real struggle, but I feel like when it comes to the big moments in the big games against the big-time teams, I think we always show up. So, it's just been a lot of ups-and-downs, but we've definitely been on the up-and-up lately, when it comes to production."

This Sunday's game would certainly qualify as a big one against a big-time team when the Bills travel to Kansas City to take on the Super Bowl champion Chiefs. The reigning champs allow the third-fewest points per-game in the NFL (17.3), behind only the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers.

Edge rusher Von Miller was on the field after having a veteran rest day on Wednesday. General manager Brandon Beane said Miller will be available to play Sunday, as the team continues to gather information and work with the NFL on the investigation into his arrest in Dallas last week.

For the Chiefs, running back Isiah Pacheco was one of a number of players who did not practice for a second day in-a-row.
