Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Jordan Phillips will be week-to-week after undergoing wrist surgery on Sunday night, head coach Sean McDermott told the media on Monday.
Phillips was injured during the second half of the team's 31-10 win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday at Highmark Stadium.
Running back Ty Johnson, who suffered a shoulder injury during the game but returned to action, will continue to be evaluated, according to McDermott.
While those players deal with new injuries, McDermott said Monday that safety Micah Hyde (neck/stinger) and defensive end A.J. Epenesa (rib) are both improving. They missed Sunday's contest against Dallas, but neither were placed on Injured Reserve, keeping them eligible to play as soon as the team believes they are ready.
The Bills will travel to Los Angeles to play the Chargers on Saturday night at SoFi Stadium.
